Brief Bio
Victor Chang is currently a Full Professor of Data Science and Information Systems at Teesside University, Middlesbrough, UK. He was a Senior Associate Professor, Director of Ph.D. (June 2016- May 2018) and Director of MRes (Sep 2017 - Feb 2019) at International Business School Suzhou (IBSS), Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU), Suzhou, China, between June 2016 and August 2019. He was also a very active and contributing key member at Research Institute of Big Data Analytics (RIBDA), XJTLU. He was an Honorary Associate Professor at University of Liverpool. Previously he was a Senior Lecturer at Leeds Beckett University, UK, between Sep 2012 and May 2016. Within 4 years, he completed Ph.D. (CS, Southampton) and PGCert (Higher Education, Fellow, Greenwich) while working for several projects at the same time. Before becoming an academic, he has achieved 97% on average in 27 IT certifications. He won a European Award on Cloud Migration in 2011, IEEE Outstanding Service Award in 2015, best papers in 2012, 2015 and 2018, the 2016 European award. He is a visiting scholar/Ph.D. examiner at several universities, an Editor-in-Chief of IJOCI & OJBD journals, Editor of FGCS, Associate Editor of TII & Information Fusion, founding chair of two international workshops and founding Conference Chair of IoTBDS and COMPLEXIS since Year 2016. He is the founding Conference Chair for FEMIB since Year 2019. He published 3 books as sole authors and the editor of 2 books on Cloud Computing and related technologies. He gave 18 keynotes at international conferences. Brief Bio
Gary Wills is an Associate Professor in Computer Science at the University of Southampton. He graduated from the University of Southampton with an Honours degree in Electromechanical Engineering, and then a PhD in Industrial Hypermedia Systems. He is a Chartered Engineer, a member of the Institute of Engineering Technology and a Principal Fellow of the Higher Educational Academy. He is also a visiting associate professor at the University of Cape Town and a research professor at RLabs. Gary's research centres around Secure System Engineering, focusing on Industrial systems, Cloud and IoT.

Schahram Dustdar is Full Professor of Computer Science and head of The Distributed Systems Group at the TU Wien, Austria. From 2004-2010 he was also Honorary Professor of Information Systems at the Department of Computing Science at the University of Groningen (RuG), The Netherlands. From Dec 2016 until Jan 2017 he was a Visiting Professor at the University of Sevilla, Spain and from January until June 2017 he was a Visiting Professor at UC Berkeley, USA. He is an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Services Computing, ACM Transactions on the Web, and ACM Transactions on Internet Technology, and on the editorial board of IEEE Internet Computing and IEEE Computer. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Computing (Springer). Dustdar an IEEE Fellow (2016), a recipient of the ACM Distinguished Scientist award (2009), and the IBM Faculty Award (2012). Professor Peter Kacsuk is the Head of the Research Laboratory of the Parallel and Distributed Systems. He received his MSc and university doctorate degrees from the Technical University of Budapest in 1976 and 1984, respectively. He received the kandidat degree from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in 1989. He habilitated at the University of Vienna in 1997. He recieved his professor title from the Hungarian President in 1999 and the Doctor of Academy degree (DSc) from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in 2001. He has been a part-time full professor at the Cavendish School of Computer Science of the University of Westminster in London and at the Eötvös Lóránd University of Science in Budapest since 2001. He served as visiting scientist or professor several times at various universities of Austria, England, Germany, Spain, Australia and Japan. He has published two books, two lecture notes and more than 200 scientific papers on parallel computer architectures, parallel software engineering and Grid computing. Dr. Mouzhi Ge, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Informatics at the Masaryk University, Czech Republic. Prior to that, he has worked as an Assistant Professor at the Free University of Bolzano in Italy, as a Senior Researcher at the Bundeswehr University Munich and Technical University Munich in Germany, as the Head of IT Department at the Oxbridge Investment Ltd. in the UK, as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Technical University Dortmund in Germany, and as a Steering Researcher in the Business Informatics Group at the Dublin City University in Ireland. In 2011, he was a Visiting Researcher at the University of Milano-Bicocca in Italy (hosted by Prof. Andrea Maurino and Prof. Carlo Batini). Moreover, he is also contributing to the CDO Research Team at MIT, USA and serves as a research secretary at SIG Information Quality from AIS. He obtained his Ph.D. from Dublin City University, Ireland in 2008 and his Habilitation from Masaryk University, Czech Republic in 2018.
