Brief Bio
Victor Chang is currently a Full Professor of Data Science and Information Systems at the School of Computing, Engineering and Digital Technologies, Teesside University, Middlesbrough, UK. He was a Senior Associate Professor, Director of Ph.D. (June 2016- May 2018) and Director of MRes (Sep 2017 - Feb 2019) at International Business School Suzhou (IBSS), Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU), Suzhou, China, between June 2016 and August 2019. He was also a very active and contributing key member at Research Institute of Big Data Analytics (RIBDA), XJTLU. He was an Honorary Associate Professor at University of Liverpool. Previously he was a Senior Lecturer at Leeds Beckett University, UK, between Sep 2012 and May 2016. Within 4 years, he completed Ph.D. (CS, Southampton) and PGCert (Higher Education, Fellow, Greenwich) while working for several projects at the same time. Before becoming an academic, he has achieved 97% on average in 27 IT certifications. He won a European Award on Cloud Migration in 2011, IEEE Outstanding Service Award in 2015, best papers in 2012, 2015 and 2018, the 2016 European award. He is a visiting scholar/Ph.D. examiner at several universities, an Editor-in-Chief of IJOCI & OJBD journals, Editor of FGCS, Associate Editor of TII & Information Fusion, founding chair of two international workshops and founding Conference Chair of IoTBDS and COMPLEXIS since Year 2016. He is the founding Conference Chair for FEMIB since Year 2019. He published 3 books as sole authors and the editor of 2 books on Cloud Computing and related technologies. He gave 18 keynotes at international conferences. Brief Bio
Gary Wills is an Associate Professor in Computer Science at the University of Southampton. He graduated from the University of Southampton with an Honours degree in Electromechanical Engineering, and then a PhD in Industrial Hypermedia Systems. He is a Chartered Engineer, a member of the Institute of Engineering Technology and a Principal Fellow of the Higher Educational Academy. He is also a visiting associate professor at the University of Cape Town and a research professor at RLabs. Gary's research centres around Secure System Engineering, focusing on Industrial systems, Cloud and IoT.

Dr. Mouzhi Ge, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Informatics at the Masaryk University, Czech Republic. Prior to that, he has worked as an Assistant Professor at the Free University of Bolzano in Italy, as a Senior Researcher at the Bundeswehr University Munich and Technical University Munich in Germany, as the Head of IT Department at the Oxbridge Investment Ltd. in the UK, as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Technical University Dortmund in Germany, and as a Steering Researcher in the Business Informatics Group at the Dublin City University in Ireland. In 2011, he was a Visiting Researcher at the University of Milano-Bicocca in Italy (hosted by Prof. Andrea Maurino and Prof. Carlo Batini). Moreover, he is also contributing to the CDO Research Team at MIT, USA and serves as a research secretary at SIG Information Quality from AIS. He obtained his Ph.D. from Dublin City University, Ireland in 2008 and his Habilitation from Masaryk University, Czech Republic in 2018. Brief Bio
Anna Kobusinska received her M.Sc. and PhD degrees in computer science from Poznan University of Technology, in 1999 and 2006, respectively. She currently works as an Associate Professor at the Laboratory of Computing Systems, Institute of Computing Science, Poznan University of Technology, Poland. Her research interests include large-scale distributed systems, service-oriented and cloud computing. She focuses on distributed algorithms, Big Data analysis, replication and consistency models, as well as fault-tolerance, specifically checkpointing and rollback recovery techniques.
She has served and is currently serving as a PC member of several international conferences and workshops. She is also author and co-author of many publications in high quality peer reviewed international conferences and journals. She participated to various research projects supported by national organizations and by EC in collaboration with academic institutions and industrial partners.

Mohamed Abdel-Basset Received his B.Sc., M.Sc and the Ph.D in Information systems and technology from Faculty of Computers and Informatics, Zagazig University, Egypt. His current research interests are Optimization, Operations Research, Data Mining, Computational Intelligence, Applied Statistics, Decision support systems, Robust Optimization, Engineering Optimization, Multi-objective Optimization, Swarm Intelligence, Evolutionary Algorithms, and Artificial Neural Networks. He is working on the application of multi-objective and robust meta-heuristic optimization techniques. He is also an/a Editor/reviewer in different international journals and conferences. He has published more than 120 articles in international journals and conference proceedings. He holds the program chair in many conferences in the fields of decision making, big data, optimization, complexity and the internet of things, as well as editorial collaboration in some journals of high impact.
